W: Hi Lyle. It's Marcia Crenshaw. Hey, there's been an accident on the freeway and traffic's backed up for miles. So I'm running a few minutes late.

M: Yeah, I heard about the accident. That's OK. Take your time and drive safely. We'll see you when you get here.

W: So when I get off the freeway, it's left at the bottom of the ramp, then right onto Michigan Street, and your office will be on the right-hand side?

M: No, other way around. It's right at the bottom of the ramp and left onto Michigan. Our office is on the left-hand side, between the sporting goods store and the supermarket.
